A small-batch Parisian « microglacerie », conceived by restaurateurs for restaurateurs. Born of the realisation that despite our ambition to create and innovate customer offerings, we can’t do everything ourselves and there are synergies to be formed with other businesses. This is especially the case of frozen desserts which require a certain savoir-faire as well as a significant time and capital investment. We are here to accompany you with custom solutions, specifically adapted to your menu and concept.
The way we work
All of our ice creams and sorbets are made from scratch with no industrial bases or pre-made pastes. Inclusions are homemade and raw materials are locally sourced and seasonal when possible. Our products are made and sold in the Paris region, and delivery is done by e-bike when product safety permits. This reflects our commitment to making this industry a bit more eco-responsible by avoiding long storage times and long-distance shipping.
